hi from Malaysia. my name is Gerard. this was the top result on Google when i searched "brew forum" !!! hi to all. i have been making ginger beer for the past few weeks (a project started as a result of our lockdown) and am a newbie to fermentation. based on reading your threads i know i have come to the right place in search for some advice.
