Hi, all,

I'm tjr from Lake County. Chicago suburbs but almost in Wisconsin.

Just starting to make soda. Thought about it for several years then finally got a tank, regulator and some carbonation caps.

I also enjoy making cured meats and sausages along with bread making, pickling, etc. Hoping to get some good advice from soda makers here.

Welcome to HBT! I'm in the city, like to make bread and cured fish, like gravlox. Never have made soda though. You'll find lots of info on it here, though.
