Hi everyone.
As mentioned in the title, writing you now from rainy Belgium.
We started brewing with 3 friends and our electric boiler about 2 years ago and are only now starting to create quite good beers (on our humble opinions). We want to go deeper in different techniques and types of beers and so, here we are on this forum reading from all of you.
For the moment, we brew in my garden shed
We call ourselves a "brewlab" as we always try to experiment different things in the process of brewing (like adding spices and colouring vegetables from my own garden).
Anyway, see you all somewhere on this forum.
