The coronavirus crisis had the advantage of giving me a lot of free time at home so, while some took the opportunity meditate or do sport, I homebrew
Started with regular ginger beer, made a couple of regular beer using malt extract (still aging) and now I am down the rabbit hole of fruit wines. Still working very small scale to experiment (having a lot of fun weighting 0.065gr of potassium metabisulfite) but I plan of making bigger batch this summer, probably all-grain beer too.
