Can i use corn to brew beer. In south africa we call it Mielies.
How would i go about making the malt from raw corn.

Fellow South African here. Welcome to the forum.

Not sure on how to malt mielies, never done it, but there are a couple of unique characters here that do their own malting with barley. Mielies can't be that different.
