Hi fellow brewers I've been lurking these forums for the past few months and finally decided to sign up. I'm still quite new to brewing but I'm giving it my best shot with the ewuipment I have. Right now I have Edworts bavarian hefewiezen in my primary at day 5 and I just made his Apfelwien today as I wasn't using my secondary.
