Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I've been haunting the boards here for a while so I felt I should speak up eventually. I've done some extract brewing and am soon going to be trying my hand at all grain with some help from all of the great info on this site. I'm currently working on putting together an ice chest mash tun, wort chiller and a fermentation chiller due to the warm temps in my house. And possibly investing in a better brew kettle so my wife can have her big soup pot back.
I'm sure I'll have lots of questions down the road as I get into the all grain process and more complicated brews so bear with me as I hopefully start making some excellent brew!
