Hi everyone -
first time posting...
i've been brewing 1 gallon batches at home lately and its been great fun with some good results so far.
this time, i attempted to make a hybrid recipe of my own after reading a few recipes...totally winging it
i've just been working all grain..
i started with
2 lbs weyerman pale ale
8 oz muntons dark crystal
.1 warrior @ 60
.1 simcoe @ 40
.1 amarillo @ 15
i have an english ale yeast and was planning on trying to dry hop after 7 days with a amarillo/simcoe combination.
any critiques? Am i crazy? did i miss anything?
