So I have moved up to 10 gal batches this year but am having some issues with my mash tun. I have a square rolling igloo cooler (at least 60qt, not exactly sure but fits my grain and water so its plenty big) that I currently have a SS braid in. I am not a huge fan of the braid in this new system and want to swap to a PVC manifold. I have seen it before on here but cannot find it now for the life of me, but can someone help me get started with what I will need for this manifold? I really just would like some tips on what you might recommend on building this thing. Appreciate the input and cheers!
