Help with bm23

I have a beverage air 23 I setup an air cooled line about 5' to our bar it's got an inner line with the blower pushing air and 2 beer lines inside and all of it inside a return air line I have the air line pretty sealed yet I keep get a huge puddle of water in the cooler I checked my seals and all seem good any ideas? I have heard of folks putting dehumidifiers in the coolers but not sure if that will work or what kid to put in the cooler now has a small rust spot so I need to figure this out ASAP
