Help me identify these bugs

Found these this morning. Only on one plant so far. Would like to get rid of them before they spread to my other plants.

What are these guys and what can I use to get rid of them?

Looks like aphids, not sure on species. You'd have to speak to your local extension entomologist.

I believe Lady Bugs love to eat aphids

Thanks for the responses. I sprayed it with neem oil Sunday evening and they all appear to be gone.

I've been searching google but still haven't found out what those little guys are. I don't think they are aphids though. All the aphids I've seen are kind of clear-ish light green.

They're definitely aphid shaped, and I've never seen black ones like those, but it looks like a good fit...
