I'm making a Belgian Wit for the first time. Do I HAVE TO strain my corriander and orange peel or can it stay in my primary?? Thanks for the input!!:mug:
 
It can go either way. I'd say try to strain it, but if it makes it into the fermenter it's not a big deal. It will come out when you rack to secondary or bottling bucket and likely won't impart anything too strong to the finished beer.
 
I've done it both ways. Definitely easier to strain. Can always use a hop bag over the end of racking cane at bottle/keg transfer.
