I just tried Omer Blonde Ale over the weekend and really enjoyed it and am looking to come up with a clone for this Belgian Strong. Any help would be appreciated. I tried a search and didnt come up with anything. The description for the ale is:

"OMER. traditional blond is made of excellent summer malted barley from the Loire region (France) and pure water. During the brewing process sugars are liberated that will serve later to nourish the yeast. During the cooking process 3 varieties of hops from Germany, Slovenia and the Czech Republic are added to give the beer the specific aroma and bitterness"

So for that as a starting point, has anyone here had the ale and could offer some suggestions to where I could start. Thanks in advance for the help.
