I have a great extract IPA that I've brewed many times and everyone really enjoys it. I haven't brewed it since I went all grain and obviously want to do my best to replicate it with my new system. I'm hoping to get some assistance with the conversion. Here's the recipe....

6 lbs Pilsen LME
3 lbs Pilsen DME
1 lbs Crystal 40L
8 oz Victory

1 oz Warrior @ 60
.5 oz Simcoe @ 20
.5 oz Centennial @ 15
.5 oz Simcoe @ 10
.5 oz Centennial @ 5
1 oz Willamette @ flame out
Dry hop 7 days w/ 1 oz Willamette and 1 oz Centennial

Irish Moss @ 15
WLP001 California Ale

Thanks.

1 grain = 0.75 LME = 0.6 DME
so with that you get...
6 lb lme = 8 grain
3 lb dme = 5 grain
-----------------
13 lb pilsen malt
1 lb crystal 40L (same)
8 oz victory (same)

Mash at 152-154F (154F is probably closer to the lme/dme, but you might like 152F more)

Rest stays the same.

It's possible the pilsen extracts you used to use contained other malts/crystals/etc but without knowing exact brands and colors then it's the best I could do.
