Help 3 way switches!!

Is there anyone willing to talk me through/ show how to wire up 3 way switches? I've got a diagram from pj, but can seem to grasp the switches. It is a bcs system with auto/off/manual.

Sorry Friend, I was asleep at the switch.

Used to be when I'd hire a electrician I've give him various selector switches.. using the same contacts, different cam profiles create different outputs. You'd be surprised to "see" how many electricians are really "number to number" wire connectors and don't understand how things actually work.

TO properly use a selector switch you must have a cam-printout or take a meter and ohm the contacts out to figure out what they do in each position. THE big B-line switches can sometimes have twenty or more contacts and still confuse me at times.
