Hello, I was searching for info on saving/reusing yeast and found this forum. I am in iron county, Mo. I have made several wines in the past, mostly fruit, won 1 small wine contest with some persimmon wine and made one batch of beer.
I have not made any in about 5 years and am ready to start again. I plan on starting with Mead, Blueberry mead and Wild blackberry wine, all in the next few days. I will keep you informed of progress.
