Greetings,

I was a longtime member of the green-board, and I have been brewing for just about ten years.

I look forward to reading posts and offering any help when I can

Good yo have ya, and thank you for your service. What kind of set up are you brewing on now?

My AG gear has been set aside for a while now, but I have been turning our extract batches monthly. I am still on the fence if I will ever go back to AG or not, my extract process is down to a science leaving me extra time to play golf.

I have friends who have been doing kits for 20 years. I keep trying to get them to buy this book

Because I have it and it gives extract recipes and to do AG you just change the base malt to two row.
The second word in my above post should have been the word TO,, oops,, I'll work on it.

I did AG for years, the simplicity of extract fits my schedule these days.
