Hello everyone, just saying Hi. I have decided to step in uncharted territory. I am from Edmonds, Washington, but I am currently working in Budapest, Hungary. My life;s passion is bartending, and cocktails. 
..but reading about whiskey and other spirits, it has always fascinated me how alcohol is made. So instead of just doing my quick homework that most bartenders should know about the beer that they serve in their bar, I decided to jump in the deep end!!!
and try my hand at making my own beer. What better way to learn than seeing things get done first hand.!!! I ordered a kit, should be arriving soon, but I guess ill post a thread asking for suggestion elsewhere! Cheers! good to be here!
