Hello ya'll from Missouri/Nebraska

I am currently spending my summers in Nebraska and my winters in Missouri

Want to learn to brew to impress my friends and family.... well that is, the ones who consume alcohol... I have made a lot of wine in that past but want to be more of a home beer brewer.... Wine is just a good starting point.... however could be refined endlessly...
