I'm fairly new to brewing. Have maybe 10 brews under my belt, most of them extract. I moved to brew in a bag a couple months ago and just recently ordered a Digiboil + mash electric brewing system. I'm really excited to get into experimenting with different styles and ingredients! One of my biggest problems going forward may be that I can't empty my kegs fast enough to keep up.
