Hello, my name is Curt. I live in Moline Illinois and have been brewing for about a year now. I've taken to it like a duck to water. Hi Curt! I haven't made that jump yet, but it is my next planned step. I'm making a little foray into meadmaking. My first batch is fermenting now (Day 4). Anyway, welcome to HBT and keep us posted on your progress. Maybe I can learn a little something.
