I have been brewing for around 12 years and would often use this forum as a resource but would always end up forgetting that I joined! But not any more I am gonna start reading and posting more regularly.
I am currently interested in learning more about the Kveik yeast strains and what people are doing with them both original farmhouse strains and isolated. I am currently reading Lars Marius Garshols book on farmhouse brewing and am fascinated by it. l am also interested in getting in trying my hand at making sours.
