I just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm pretty new to brewing (a few 5-gal partials, and I've experimented with some different ciders), but I'm a big browser of this forum. I just moved from Fort Collins (with about 12 microbreweries for a population of <300k) to Syracuse, with 2 microbreweries...Different culture... but hopefully I can pass on my passion for tasty beer with some Syracusians!
