I guess I should of posted here first but better late then never.
Name's Dan and as the title says I'm from South Florida. I used to brew kit beer back in the early 90's when I was stationed in the UK. I would get the kits from Boots department store and all that came in the kit was a can of wart and some yeast.
Well needless to say I've gotten back into it with a coworker. We went to a local home brew store BrewboxMiami and took there free brewing class and he ended up getting the start up equipment kit. I still have a few things from my old brewing days.
Our first batch will be a Belgium Pale Ale which we plan on starting Tuesday night.
