Well just got a home brew kit from my wife as a Christmas gift, and so far made my first batch. I used a Brewers Best IPA ingredients kit and now its on its 2nd day of fermentation sitting in my family room in a plastic 5 gal. bucket. Smells great as it bubbles every second or so from the air lock, my dog loves it to as she keeps walking up to it to smell the air releasing lol. I'm having a great time so far minus the boil over hahaha well at least I got that out of the way hopefully I learned my lesson and it wont happen again, good thing is it was on my deck outside. I'll browse over the forum and see whats up and I'm sure I will be back with lots of questions for all you seasoned brewers out there. Semper Fi...................
