Hello folks! Long-time lurker, first-time signer-upper. My brother and I are getting into the world of homebrewing, hop-growing and meat-smoking so this seemed like the perfect place to hang-out.

The two of us have recently purchased an Anvil Foundry (10.5gal) but it hasn't arrived yet. Waiting is the hardest part, and all that!
