I thought I'd post in here before I start posting away in the sub forums. My name is Mike and I reside in Oceanside, CA. My dad recently handed down all his old beer making equipment (a couple carboys and brewpot) and a handful of awesome recipes (still trying to decipher his hand writing). Currently still in the extract brewing realm, but plan on moving to all grain brewing as soon as my tuition check is cleared.
Currently have an Oceanside Pale Ale and an Apricot hefe in the fermenters.
