I recommend four kegs, three glass car boys, two hydrometers, and a SS fermentation bucket.

I absolute refuse to bottle at this point.

Glass carboys are dangerous to handle, I'd not used them on a routine basis.

Plastic (PET) carboys are safe, yet a little harder to clean.
There are wide mouth carboys (Fermonsters and such), best of both worlds.
You could also use plastic buckets (I do).

Forget secondaries, they are not needed (in 99.999% of regular beer brewing).
