Hey all,

I started brewing over this past summer and figured it was about time that I introduced myself.

I've brewed a couple IPAs, some hefeweizens, a pumpkin ale, a sarsaparilla brown and Graff so far, with a Belgian golden strong going and plans to do an ESB and a Saison. I'm personally a hop head, but I enjoy making and trying a variety of beers. All of my beers have been extract based so far (w/steeping grains) - a mix of kits, recipes from my LHBS and of course recipes from here. While I'd love to go AG, it's just not practical at the moment. I've currently got 1 6-gallon primary and 2 5-gallon secondaries, with fermwrap style heaters for all 3 (but only one temperature controller at the moment).
