Guess I should start my first post here. Hi! I've been a home brewer off and on for the past 5 years. In the past year I've really gotten back into it and I'm looking to expand on my knowledge and experience and figured this was a good place to do so. At this point still doing extract and grains but I hope to start all-grain at some point in the next year. I'm sure you'll see me posting questions here and there. Thanks!

I went through the exact same thing: started brewing in 2005, brewed for 2 years, stopped for almsot 2, then did another few extract batches before going AG.
