I've been lurking in the forums and finally signed up. I got a brewing kit for Christmas and had a blast making my first extract beer (Kölsch). My neighbor is an avid brewer so helped me set up fermentation temperature control and gave me some other pointers. The beer turned out great!
I've built my own keezer and kegged my second batch (India black ale). I have a honey wheat in primary now and am planning on doing another Kölsch next. This has turned out to be a pretty cool hobby and I am sure all grain brewing is in my not too distant future.
