Hello everyone. Glad I found you all and look forward to the wealth of knowledge from the seasoned brewers out there. I have been brewing for a couple of years...mainly IPA & DIPA. I look forward to learning new tricks of the trade to simplify the process. So far, I have only ventured into the extract brewing, but would love to learn partial and all grain. I have two little kids (2 & 3), so the all grain might have to wait awhile due to the time commitment. Anyways, I look forward to learning all I can.
