Hey everyone, happy to be here.
I used to work in a brewpub (in the kitchen ) many years ago. At that time I did manage to get in one 8 barrel brew under my belt. However I have just started brewing at home with my brother, and it is going great!!
We have 4, 5 gal batches under our belts so far in the past week. I think we got the bug.
I am looking forward to getting ideas and refining my technique here. Any thoughts for a new home brewer? I think we have the brewing basics down for the most part. Wont know for sure until we get to sample our first batch, but I think we nailed it.
Am looking forward to this great past time.
