Hey all!
I spent a few months lurking and more recently registered. I've managed to make it through 6 fairly painless brew days, crediting all the info and experience on here. Thanks to all those who contribute! I'm still doing mostly extract boils with small grain additions but have have plans to add all-grain capabilities in the next few months. 'Til now all the beers have been spectacular, again, crediting all those who have posted their recipies on here.
Looking forward to many more boils and meeting anyone else in the central or western MO area!
