My wife and I have been homebrewing for about 3 years. Recently shifted to BIAB. Having done permanent damage to our nice stovetop boiling on it, we are moving to converting the kettle to an eKettle. Really appreciating all of the helpful, life-saving info here!

I'm not too very far in Metairie (the suburbs of NOLA for those not around these parts).
Lots of good craft breweries and taprooms are sprouting all over our state and I'm very pleased by that.
