Hello from a newbie..

Just stopping in to say hello. I'm doing research because I'm interested in starting to homebrew.

I haven't even bought a kit or anything yet...but I've been lurking for an hour and I've already learned loads of stuff.

Just jump in the pool, try a 1 gallon kit, maybe an apple cider… Once you get going, it just gets better and better. It seems super technical, and sometimes is, but getting started with a kit is not that difficult.
