Hello all!
My name is Daniel, long time beer drinker, first time brewer.
My girlfriend bought me a small "Kit" from a brew kit supplier called "BesserBrauer" here in Germany. Since then I have been fascinated and am just about to start my second brew today: Muntons Connoisseurs Wheat Beer.
I think I will just try it with the beet sugar that is standard here in Germany and hope for the best.
My first brew was an all grain kit brew and that was a tremendous amount of fun and work.
Just purchased a Spiedel 30L fermenter and a secondary fermenter for transferring, using for sanitizing, etc.
Looking forward to learning from others and getting into more complex stuff (specialty grains, differing hops, etc.) once I've wet my whistle on the easier extract kits!
