I just wanted to say Hello. This is the first time on the site and the first forum post ever. I mostly got my advice from YouTube, but that can only help with general advice and I thought it was time to kick my brew day up a notch.
I have brewed about 10-15 5G batches over the years and most of them did not turn out very well. So often in fact that I was starting to think I was not too fond of beer, but I kept trying.
My setup has evolved from kits all the way to electric kettles and cold keg fermentation. Whenever I had a brew I was not 100% in love with I upgraded (no regrates).
Over time I started to see patterns that might contribute to my off brews and thought it was time to get serious.
Thank You
