Maybe I should've opened up a little more in my first intro.

Hello.my name is Ian. And I'm addicted to brewing...

I've only been brewing since last Xmas, started with a 1 gallon kit and quickly upgraded to 5 gallon all grain set up. I tried making cider and wine, and also brewing equipment, (mash/lauter tun, wort chiller)...

The guy who owns my local hops shop is the only other home brewer I know, so I'm looking forward to sharing info and passion for craft beer @ home. Cheers.
