It was a joke/trick video which I found absolutely hilarious. But it does bring up some questions. From my rudimentary past, yes helium is soluble in beer/water...just very very slightly. Certainly not enough to alter your voice or do really anything. It wouldn't carb a beer for sure.

damn, i thought i had an idea for a new beer style! hmm, i wonder if laughing gas is soluble? i'll have to google NO2 solubility.....
