Brewing, fermenting, kegging, & tasting of a hefeweizen, a Bavarian-style wheat beer, to quench my thirst on a hot Summer day. Made with Hallertau hops, a 60/40 ratio of wheat to pilsner malt, and Weihenstephan yeast providing its signature banana and clove flavor, this all-grain Southern German style wheat beer totally rocked! And, yes, it did indeed quench my thirst.

That looks really nice - thanks for posting!

What sort of IBUs did you shoot for on that? I'd like to give this a try, but can't seem to open up the attached recipe link.

Thanks -

Ron

It's just an MS Excel spreadsheet and the links all work fine for myself and my viewers. Something must be wrong on your end or within this forum. Maybe try downloading direct from my website or YouTube video description.
In the meantime, the IBUs were designed to be 13.3 and ended up being 14.2.
