Have you used this hop?

just wondering if anybody has ever used hersbrucker hops before and I was wondering if I can get some feedback on whether you liked it or not and what it did for your beer?? I got some to try and going to use tonight but the girl at my lhbs that works Sundays doesn't know a thing about beer..... but ill look it up and any feedback from you guys would be great. thanks in advance!!

Yep, many times. I use them in German wheat beers (and US). It is a very traditional noble hop that can be used by itself.

Agree! I used,Hallertauer Hersbrucker many time but I apreciate it on Octoberfest beer 90 min boil in combination with Tetnag 30 min.
The result was fine in aroma and bittering.

Yep, good in American Wheats, Hefeweizen, Wit or most any Belgian style beer really. Note the low'ish AA.

I have also used it several times. The recipe I made called for it and I really liked the beer. Without looking I don't know what the beers were.
