In the middle of my brew day and I've already had to use my back up propane tank, my back up thermometer and my backup mash paddle.
Sheesh.
Sheesh.
Have backups for EVERYTHING!

Wow, what was going on. You brewing through a tornado. Explain how this happened, good thing you had all that handy.

Just plain ran out of propane. Think I got my probe thermometer a little bit too submerged and it was reading 122 the whole time which couldn't have been possible...and one of my dogs nabbed my mash paddle, so now that's a dog toy.
All that said, it's not been a terrible brew day...it's actually going quite well.

Pretty cool Kbuzz I have had some pretty brutal brewing session, hope all turns out fine!
Some of the best beers are made by "winging it". Good luck!
