I don't usually like to add anything that I don't have to especially artificial sweeteners and such, but this time I want to experiment a bit as I have few different batches.

I have just bought 70% sorbitol solution but it has no instructions on the bottle and the brew shop didn't seem to know what dosage to use.

Can anybody let me know how much to use? I don't want the cider overly sweet though.

Take an exact amount and add small measured amounts of sweetner until you get to the desired taste.

Once you get it where you like you can just scale up.

They don't tell you how much to put because every one is different i guess.

Forgot to mention I normally add about one cup to 5 gallons. I dont want it sweet I just want it a little less tart. My concentration could be different that yours.
