Good morning everyone,

Long time lurker, first time poster. Just wanted to introduce myself and let everyone know there is another old newbie brewing. I have recently moved to the Fayetteville NC area and started brewing from extract again now that I have more room and time on my hands. As a philosophical question, is there anything better than spending a late night brewing and waking up the next morning having an airlock happily bubbling away? Please be patient with me, I am sure I will be asking numerous silly questions along the way.
