The recipe I'm looking at calls for Hallertauer Hersbrucker*[4.1%]. I'm seeing hallertau 3-5% pellets, or Hersbrucker 1.5-3.5% pellets.

Not sure which I should order...our something else?

I like to use this link for hop information.

Looks like there are at least 5 different Hallertau hops, a domestic version, a NZ version, and three different German versions. Hersbrucker is one of the three German versions. I think that is what your recipe is calling for. I'm brewing a Bavarian hefeweizen next month and trying to figure out myself which one I want to use. Leaning twoards the German Hallertauer version right now.
