The the current exchange rate it looks like roughly $19 C, that is of course using PayPal with had a 1% fee for Canadian to American cash transfers.

Edit: actually this is more like 23 or 24 Canadian dollars since the cost is $35 for Canada. Sorry but I don't what to pay more one my end. I will have to limit to US only.
