Its an brewing addiction!
He's my story :)

Around about two months ago i stumbled upon a website what shown how simple it was to make wine.
So i thought, maybe i could do that,
I found a two litre pop bottle, brought some grape juice to fill the bottle and bread yeast (all i could find)
I put in about 900 grams of sugar, what i didn't know i was meant to dissolve so i put it in and put a balloon on top with a pin hole in it to let out gas's as the site instructed.
And four days latter I've made wine :D :D... Tasted of yeast baldly and stupidly dry. saying i put in 7 grams of yeast and 900 grams of sugar in two litres i'm guessing it was pretty high abv.

Well after that i was like hmm, I want to do this properly! I want to make better stuff.. So i tried cider (This is when i found this site!) as it was about the same as wine...

Two months latter,
I know have.

Fermenter 1 Mexican lager
Fermenter 2 English bitter
Carboy 1 Strawberry wine
Carboy 2 Ancient mead
Carboy 3 Hard ice Tea

From start to now,
Do you think i've developed an addiction! :p
Thanks for all your guys help, advice and support :)
Thank you.
