I live in south cenrtal Wy. , Snow in June is not unusual and winter can start as early as mid Sept.. If I start growing inside in say April then replant outside around the end of June first of July will this give me enought time? Also , how big can I expect the plants to get in 3 months? ( want to make sure I have the room )

You should put the plants out as soon as the ground is workable. Hops will grow through snow. A hop plant can grow 20' in 30 days, but you won't see that the first year.

The main concern is to plant early maturing varieties. Northern Brewer, Yakima Cluster, Fuggle, etc.
