Just got the bug to make hard cider, so thought I'd come to a place with folks that liked doing the same thing!

I am about to start some cider just trying to find out if Beak & Skiff cider from the orchard has the preservatives that are in the stores Beak & Skiff brands (Walmart/Wegmans).

If so I am going with Musselman's from Walmart.

Welcome! I'm new to cider as well, I have 5 gallons that I made from free apples in my juicer. Nice to see another upstater here, I'm in Elmira, an hour west of Binghamton.
